We booked the suite and it had mold in the jacuzzi and in the fridge. When told about it the hotel staff was extremely rude and took the room keys and asked me to leave.

Showed up at 1am to check in and there was no one at the front desk. Called and could hear the phone ringing inside. Their website said a 24/7 front desk. Had to get another hotel room at a different hotel. Called the next day and was told that I should have let them know what time I was going to be there and there is nothing they can do about it.

The entire property had a very bad odor. I’m not sure if it’s what’s been cooked there or the cleaning products. The hallway smelled the towels smelled I almost threw up while wiping my face. The tv needed an antenna or something we mainly used the room to sleep. If the odor was gone it would be way better

Abbiamo speso circa 120 dollari più tasse e quando arriviamo notiamo subito che oltre a essere vecchio l'albergo è sporco! Due asciugamani erano macchiati oltre che consunti, la colazione scarsa e la sala anch'essa sporca! Tutto era unto e macchiato dalle porte al mobilio.

Started with a very weird phone call from the MOTEL telling me that they did not have any rooms available for pets. I never indicated I had a pet. Then pressed me for what time I would be there. I told them after 4:00. I travel alot for work so I have stayed in many hotels, never got a call like this. I drove by before I was scheduled to check in and was immediately concerned. The place looked rundown and dirty, like broken and dirty windows, weeds. There was one car in the parking lot. I went to my meeting and went back around 5:30 pm and still no other cars. Surrounding properties were not good either. I am older single female and honesty would not have felt safe. I chose to accept the loss and stay elsewhere. The booking app - Hotels.com calls it a hotel. It is a motel. There were no pictures of the exterior and there is a photo that looks like a hotel hallway. I have nothing against motels, stayed in some great ones.
