Room had a clogged shower drain. Got told on my way to hotel hot tub and pool was open and they were for the two days I was there. Staff can hardly understand English. There nice but can hardly stand English and when you ask them a question they walk away.

It was very loud. You could hear everything going on. House keepers opening door at least 4 times by 0900 when check out is 11. Facility smelt like mildew. Out dated. Bathroom vents were black and painted in bathroom all cracked and chipping with mold maybe due to there was no vent. This would’ve a no go for me again.

I got there late and they have this kiosk you check in not a person but there’s a person on the other side of the kiosk and it was the worst check-in process I’ve ever had. It took over 30 minutes at 2 o’clock in the morning to check in to our room. I will never go back if I have to answer to a kiosk.

Check in was a Kiosk and could not hear them staff was not super friendly the pool was closed for a few weeks but no notice was given when reserved beds are not comfortable and hallways stunk
