「The toilet would not stop running and had trouble flushing. We could not use the hot tub because it was too hot and people's skin was red to the point of hurting. The desk said they called someone, but it was unusable. It was what I was looking forward to at the end of the day. Desk person came and stuck his hand in it and said it was fine. Not acceptable.」

「The carpet was dirty/stained. The microwave was dirty inside. The bathtub was stained and there was a spot in the floor of the tub that you could push on and it literally dented in. Fire sprinkler in the shower was very rusty.」

「Check-in was adequate and quick. The hallways and rooms were dimly lit so as not to see the dirt and debris on the carpet. The last remodel was probably in the late 1970s since the temperature controls were in Celsius which back in the Carter Administration, had a push to go metric. The carpet was a non-descript oily and fuzzy dark color and showed the inadequacy of the vacuum cleaner since there was debris along the edges and under the platform of the mattress. 「The check in took over 10 minutes, the hot tub was not working, the doors, chairs etc. were functional but were very worn and should have been replaced or at least refinished as they looked terrible. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good but the employee who was supposed to take care of things, was not doing that. People had to go to the front desk to have them locate the employee whenever food, coffee etc. ran out. 」
