「Nice hotel in busy area. Staff were great, and responsive to requests and our needs. Check in was smooth.」

「This place is an overpriced dump. Smells horrible in the rooms and lobby. We were traveling cross country and this was the only hotel in town with rooms due to a national softball tournament in Bismarck. I would sleep in my car rather than stay here again.」

「The room and the parking were great. when we got off the elevator on the third floor, there was a horrid smell. it was a cross between musty/mold and animal urine. thankfully our room did not smell. I was also bummed that the hot tub wasn't working. For breakfast the next morning the food was almost out and there didn't appear to be anyone working that area.」

Who empties the trash and leaves the dirty stuff on the floor? We had to go and ask for clean lines. Finally, I asked for a receipt. The desk help would not give me one, but would email me one. I...

「We booked because Expedia website said lounge breakfast hottub and pool. All these were under renovations. If we had known we wouldn't have stayed there.」

「The property was in terrible shape. Doors barely closed. Trim was falling off, missing, or busted. Nothing was clean. Our group of 8 guys stayed here. Not 1 of us would have let our wives or our kids stay here.」
