"Nice neighborhood. Easy access from the loop. Decent selection of breakfast items. Well-equipped gym. Clean, comfortable room. Don't waste your time with the "pre-checkin" process they text you. Front desk rep said they still have to get a copy of your DL and a card for incidentals once you arrive even though you can show them the confirmation from completing this process just a few hours prior to arrival, per their request via text, on their site where you submit a photo of your DL and they charge your card $1 to test it for incidentals"

"outdated rooms, mattress needs replaced, not enough washcloths, but other than that, our room was great. we got one with a jacuzzi tub. wish this would have been at the front of the property, as the room was located around the back…staff was excellent, very friendly. breakfast was good. didn’t use the pool, but it looked great.
