Facility was just fine, when I got there with reservation Doubletree has no record of me. Not sure if it was a hotel issue or an Expedia issue but it took a out an hour of sitting in the lobby while they got it sorted out

The staff was great, it was our first time staying at this Hilton and first time staying in downtown Little Rock. The staff was helpful and accommodating, from check in to check out. Pleasant experience, very nice hotel and affordable.
