「Need menus to order food」

「This was the coolest hotel I’ve stayed in, probably ever. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, helpful, and nothing but lovely. The rooftop is gorgeous, and the beds, bedding and pillows were like sleeping in a cloud. The curtains completely darkened my room and I barely heard a sound like you often do from the streets, hallway or other rooms. When you enter the hotel, it’s like a scavenger hunt with lots of doors that have hidden art behind them. The actual lobby is on the 12th floor...

「Good location. Have stayed in the Drury and Pear Tree Inn at the same location and this place wins hands-down. Excellent breakfast. The staff are super helpful and friendly. Our only issue was that the shower soap and shampoo were out; we had to ask for replacements, but the housekeeping staff just left them in the shower instead of replacing/filling the bottles.」

「Drury might not be a luxury hotel, but it is the most generous and responsible hotel I have ever stayed with. This hotel really complies its aim to create happy customers.
