"Its all around a great experience"

"It is a unique hotel. The first room we were put in was not very clean. The couch was dirty, sheets had visible dirt, the comforter was wet, the mattress protector had a lot of hair on it and stains. The floors in the bathroom were not clean and the toilet was not flushed. We were moved rooms and it was mostly better but still not great. There was minimal seating for breakfast and the food was not great. We waited around 35-40 minutes for our food and had to split our party of 3 up to find enough seats. I will find another hotel next time."

"Do not book here. I am traveling back W with my recent college grad and this was going to be our first layover. I did one loop in the parking lot and left immediately. The fact that the majority of the residential blocks are burned out/boarded up brick row houses (even the church was boarded up and broken into) should be a clue. There were 6 cars in the parking lot, one of which was occupied by a dude using drugs. The ground floor room directly to the left of the main entrance had it's blinds half ripped down and twisted. There were two 2nd floor rooms with their streetside windows broken out. Two. READ THE GOOGLE REVIEWS: multiple reviews and photos of bedbugs and roaches."

"The rooms were clean but I am not satisfied with the check in process at this location. I stood in line for about one hour to get checked in only to be told that the room was not ready due to the Cardinals Cubs game making the hotel booked to capacity and the cleaning staff could not clean the rooms fast enough. We finally got a room after we went to the game which was at 6:15 pm. Even then it took about 15 minutes to get to the desk to check in. Our check in time was at 4:00 and we finally got into our room at about 9:00-9:30 pm. I’m sure there were at least 20 customers in line after me waiting for a room. At breakfast they ran out of juice and I saw no eggs. I did get coffee. I will never stay at this location again with that type of of service."

"Cleaning crew and jr fa ggot manager nearly died after walking into my room with do not disturb - instead of calling the room and asking if there was a misunderstanding on 1 or 2 day stay. Accused me of putting my hands on staff, which I wound have been fully entitled to do - my home or any place legally allowed to dwell one may use up to and including lethal force / cleaning no speaka the English - front desk neither provided me printed their own receipt. Rely on antiquated and highly hachable computer which they take as Gosple but can’t even read the language it’s programmed in. If there is a problem, Ice will solve it check out the hook while my DJ revolves it."

"It was an above average stay, the hotel was maintained. The pool was cold, great for summer. Breakfast was excellent and the staff for breakfast also great! No loyalty points were allowed as we had booked through an alternate booking site. That was disappointing. Overall we would stay again."

"This is the 2nd hotel that I stayed within one week that did not have hot tub or pool working. Had I know this would be out I would not have booked here. The outlets on lamps were all broken, remote could not change volume, the front desk staff was not present at check out and I waited for awhile at check in to find someone to check me in. I know it’s hard out here working in customer service and we are all stretched thin and we’re trying our best."
