「This property needs some major updates. It is old and dirty. The toilet in the room didn't work correctly. The only employee that was helpful was the friendly lady at the front desk. I wish I had caught her name she deserves recognition! All the other employees looked as if they hated their job and it would literally kill them to crack a smile.
