The first room we got was on the second floor, next to a room that was occupied and had the family members speaking on the phone on speaker, outside the rooms, with the volume on high, while smoking cigarettes and a joint; making the room and hallway smell. We asked to change rooms, and the second one we got smelled like cigarettes, the floor was dirty. The bed covers were stained. The bathroom was not cleaned. The sink counter had hairs all over the blinds were stained, and the towels too. "
