"My first room cleaning was confirmed via text but didn’t occur, deadline was 4 pm. The front desk clerk informed me it was extended to 530p due to the busy day staff were having. I was ok with that, however, it never was completed. I called at 9pm just to request towels and bathroom cleaner, I immediately received everything I needed. Very pleasant staffing!"
