「While the room was clean and nice, the front desk person was not polite at all and just had a bad attitude. I don’t have super high expectations but being in the front, you’d expect basic customer service skills. The room didn’t have any robes / slippers which was kind of disappointing also. 「Room was never cleaned even though we stayed 4 nights. The doors didn’t close well. The outside property was not maintained. The rooms were very big if you get the suite. Breakfast was always empty at the times we went. The front desk when we arrived was the most amazing worker. She was the best part of our stay.」

「I stayed here for 2 nights for a family trip. The bed was so comfortable, the water pressure in the shower was strong, and the breakfast was tasty! I spent about an hour with my feet in the pool. I did see some bugs in the pool but I think that's expected in the south especially when a storm was about to roll in. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again in the future.」
