I liked the windowless bedroom, cabinets were plentiful and well-stocked in kitchen, everything was very clean and enough towels. Toilet worked better when I poured additional water into tank. First time stay at place with no front desk. Remote person could have better explained timing of providing needed entry code. Only complaint.」

「Staff were very polite - but at check-in would have appreciated being told about amenities, eg breakfast, bar times , food, pool … instead nothing .. just given key to room and asked for card - i had to ask everything and was given very vague information. I’m sure its not normal protocol as most are probably return customer - but it would be nice to be offered information instead of having to ask everything … 」

「The property was nice. Perfect for a one night stay to visit our child at LSU. The only problem was our room was right next to elevator so it was very loud all night. 」

「Room was not clean, holes in sheets, couch was nothing short of a dust ball, mold in shower and tiles in closet and bathroom falling off walls. The noise from the highway was tough to sleep through and the room was dark and drab even with the curtains open. Online room pictures did not match how the room actually looked. Very disappointing.」

「The room was clean and comfortable my only issue was the air conditioning didn’t work and when I went down to the lobby to get my problems resolved they just turn my air conditioning off… contacting the front desk was a task, the room phone didn’t work and nobody answered when I called off my phone. 」
