「The room had mildew on the lamps, and in the bathroom, the phones didn’t work, television wasn’t operating correctly, toilet didn’t flush and bad odor when you walk into the room」

「Hot water never got above lukewarm, room had a chemical smell to it, and the beds were hard as the floor and were not queen size. They were full size. 」

「I rented a smoking room and they gave me a non-smoking room so I had to keep going outside to smoke really didn’t like that but I had no choice cause that’s all they had. They gave my room to somebody else.」

「There was an abandoned building in front of the hotel that looked super sketchy. While the staff member was nice, the place was old and run-down. The room was okay, however bedding looked used/dirty and not freshly washed. The pool water also looked nasty and not good to swim in. I was traveling alone with my two daughters and honestly we almost went somewhere else had the rooms not been inside a locked area that required a hotel key to enter. 」
