「Food at on-site restaurant was good and rooms were clean. Nice ambiance and staff were very friendly and nice. Will probably book again if I’m in the area.」

「Still under construction. Beautiful rooms. Most staff was helpful and pleasant. Dining facilities are not up to standard. Many items on the menu were not available. I left one restaurant after being told 4 times that my selections were unavailable.(Sorry, we are out of ...) I went to the other restaurant, ordered a BLT. After waiting a while, I was told there was no sliced bread, but they could serve the BLT on a bun. I cancelled my order and left.」

「Room was large, comfortable. Only issue there were no towels, just 2 hand towels. Unfortunately this was not discovered until stepping out of the shower」

「I was fully prepared to leave a one star review after our treatment before the stay. Essentially, we booked the room under the wrong email address, and when we asked if we could just switch it, the GM refused to permit it unless we paid a several hundred dollar fee. This is for something that would cost them literally nothing. It was infuriating and a mind-boggling poor business decision. Any time you can really help your customer with zero effort and zero cost, what kind of business chooses not...
