Staff was very friendly love the layout and design of the hotel but the restaurant and bar was not open or available during our stay which was weird because we arrived early in the day and we did have some brown spots or rust in the tub but besides that everything else was great. came down to visit LSU for my daughter orientation and it was the perfect location and I would stay there again. hopefully next time we can try the restaurant because I heard it was a really good...

「While the room was clean and nice, the front desk person was not polite at all and just had a bad attitude. I don’t have super high expectations but being in the front, you’d expect basic customer service skills. The room didn’t have any robes / slippers which was kind of disappointing also. They would really benefit from adding full body mirror as well. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, I also liked the AC and how you could adjust if needed. 「Hotel look like the one out of the scary movies . the air filter was so nasty I ask the person at the desk for a new one he said they didn't have any and to take the one out the air condition in the lobby. the elevator worn down feel like its going to stop on you at any minute. the floors was so dirty like they haven't been mopped in a while. and I had to get more sheets and pillow cases, and also had to clean the tub and wipe down everything. just looked deserted.」
