Gonzales is just a small town, but we had everything we needed. Everyone we talked to was really nice and welcoming.

Good
This area doesnt have many red lights and it's hard to get in and out of places. The traffic was horrible all the time and if you made a wrong turn it was nearly impossible to get back on track. GPS was wrong also. The area has lots of new places.

Excellent
There is the outlet a block away and plenty of places to eat close! So that was a plus! I'd just choose another hotel/motel when I go back to Gonzales!

We were there for a soccer tournament, but we managed to hit the Tanger Outlet mall. Great shopping
"This was a halfway point for our group coming from Texas on our way to Destin FL. We got in at 2am and check-in was less than 3 minutes...it was so easy and fast. We had 2 toddlers 2 teens and 2 adults and the room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel was very quiet and the breakfast buffet was very good. The kids especially loved making their own waffles. This was a very good stay. I recommend and we would stay again. "
"The best part of the trip was the comfort of the bed. It's like sleeping on air, but now the food at breakfast was a different story. I wouldn't even let my dog eat breakfast there."
"The stay was great but, housekeeping accidentally threw a cracker barrel paper bag away that contained a toddler hat and suspenders. The person who cleaned it was not honest about what happened to the bag. This did not and does not sit well with me. Breakfast was mediocre. "
