Halls needed vacuuming, beds are uncomfortable in my opinion, bathroom was very small(the door almost hits the toilet seat), pool area was nice, bar and restaurant was a plus, customer service was good(she was new but didn’t give us any information on our stay, like breakfast times in restaurant, time pool is open or how to get to it and mentioned our complimentary cookies but never received) those things aren’t a big deal to me but are nice when they are helpful with those little details. Overall, I’d stay again, great location and parking was good.

Doubletree has been my go to hotel for my Lafayette stays this year; however, on our last stay our room was left with hair in sink, tub and towels on arrival. I let the from desk know when I retrieved new towels and the rep gave us a free breakfast to rectify the issue. The location is perfect for me as well being close to shops, food and family.

Floors in bathroom dirty with hair and dust. Base of toilet neglected. Beds were very nice and fresh. Breakfast was an additional charge. It was a delicious selection of southern favorites Staff was helpful. I will return to stay.

I booked our stay through Expedia but was also able to connect it to my Hilton account & app. So being able to use the keyless entry on my phone was nice. By checking in on my phone I was able to pick what room I wanted. The room was nice and clean. The front desk offered us their cookies, which were warm and delicious. The front desk staff was very friendly too. I would definitely stay here again.
