Very nice esthetic hotel. Little availability to buy snacks and drinks that were overpriced. No fridge or microwave in the room. Construction around the hotel was inconvenient. The amenities or slim to none and wouldnt stay there again.

I was extremely disappointed just trying to get onto the property to check in was a challenge. It has streets cut off on one side construction equipment and debris on the other side.

They’re in the process of renovating but it was still a great stay. Rooms were amazing and updated, staff were all friendly and welcoming just a great stay.

The hotel was convenient to surrounding areas we needed to attend. However, bed was uncomfortable, commode was clogged for a day and 1/2, no casino on sight (had to walk around the block to get to temporary casino), shuttle bus to sister casino was down. In my opinion they rushed to open hotel before it was ready. We had water seeping through the tiles on our floor where we had to leave towels on floor to soak up the water. I also think employees need more training and to focus on the customers instead of their personal phones. We had a shuttle driver(female) that was on her phone from the moment she picked us up to the moment she dropped us off. At check out employee was on her personal phone and asked us to wait while she finished her call. I think there should be more focused on customer service than their phones. Overall they were helpful and friendly.

Under construction. Parking is an inconvenience unless you want to pay for valet. No pool. No dining options. One way streets so it takes longer to get from parking garage (and hopefully you don’t get stuck by train). We asked for housekeeping and they literally just put new towels on bed. Didn’t make bed, take out trash, anything else. Won’t stay here again.

The hotel is still under construction, the rooms are “modern” exposed cemented balances drilled hole in the ceiling. AC not working or limited to 72 degrees. We booked a room for two days for my husbands bowling tournament. We booked not checking amenities, as we should’ve, having a dog. A Maltipoo 12pounds emotional support dog. We got to the hotel staff helped us in vallet seeing our family, 5yo a 10m and myself 6m pregnant,our dog and husband. We get inside the hotel check in, staff see us and our dog, one says how cute our dog was and gave us our room keys. We head to our room after a long 7hour drive to relax, husbands first day of bowling at 7:30pm we decided to leave the dog since he was exhausted from the drive + he’s 10yo. We return approximately around 11:45pm from the tourny to our room key not working. Security says “oh you guys are the ones with the dog, you’re going to have to see the front desk.” We proceeded to the front and the gentleman states we have to leave the hotel premises since we have a dog, dogs are not allowed. I start to have anxiety telling him how are they going to kick us out at midnight for something that should have been told to us when we checked in. After going back and forth for about 15mins the gentleman contacted the manager and explained that our dog was an emotional support dog, I have the license to show. The gentleman said that because he was an ESA we could stay only for the mgr to kick us out the next day. Worse experience ever!
