「Ac did not keep the room clean, toilet was backed up. I was talked to like trash when I asked about it. Received no help after complaining. Was told I couldn’t speak with a manager and asked “what do you want me to do” I paid almost $600 for this room and it was the worst place I have stayed in a very long time between attitude. Lack of cleanliness, no extra bedding for the pull out and wasn’t given any when asked. Just overall a terrible weekend. The guy that checked me on Friday night was...

「this is my second time staying at this hotel. The first time was the reason why I came back the second time but I stayed in room 300 and for the most part it was clean but I noticed in my shower, there was a bar of soap left in there as if the shower wasn’t cleaned. there was also a roll of toilet paper in the corner of the bed under the nightstand. not sure why but nonetheless, the room was decent. 」
