The staff was really nice. The room, however it wasn’t as clean as I would like it. The covers had holes in them. The sheets were clean it just the room itself wasn’t as clean as it could be different hairs on the floor. The shower was clean though in the sink, but overall the room could be better in shape.

A Few Minor Issues

The room was clean. The water heater was set too low, so the water was not very hot. The water did not drain well while showering so the water was ankle deep. We had a late check in and no one would answer the phone and I tried calling 4x. When we arrived a lady was on the phone and talking so loudly that I could not hear the lady checking us in. The room was clean and comfortable. We were satisfied overall for the price.

Staff was very accommodating, the room left something’s to be desired tho. Beds, tables and all that was newer and clean, the shower and toilet could use some updating along with the doors and their hardware. But it’s an older building in a very humid area and the room rate fit in my budget so I can’t complain. These are just things I noticed during my stay.

Our room had no smoke detector. The bed covers had cigarette burns on it. The sheets had stains on them. The toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall. The towel rack was rusty. A room on the 3rd floor was boarded up! Very sketchy hotel.
