「I’m」

「Great hotel. Clean and comfortable」

「Close to Baton Rouge and great staff.」

「Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pretty good. Parking was easy and safe well maintained in general for an older property. We'll stay there again if in the area.」

「Nothing」

「I absolutely was very disappointed with this place. It is still under reconstruction. It was smelly and we had some kinf of bug on our beds. Toilets were so low to the floor. The sign was on the door and the maid service lady still burst in on us. Only good thing was a new air conditioner. Front desk person was rude. This place is only for tired truck drivers. Dirty place to stay. I will never rent a room from this place.」

「There was nothing good about the location of this hotel or the hotel itself. There were people actively doing drugs on the stairs. There was black mold in the room and in the bathroom. There was hair all over the shower there's no blow dryer there's no coffee pot this hotel is unsafe and unsanitary for anyone to stay in.」

Both times I arrived at the valet desk, I was told car had not been retrieved because text system was down. Beyond being late for my appointments, I could clearly see the valet screen filled with texts that were being ignored by the attendants. For...

「Room was very clean. It was quiet and comfortable. The parking attendants were very friendly. Also, liked hotel’s close proximity to I-10.」
