「Our stay wasn’t terrible, but the hotel bath room was a little ruff! The ceiling in the bathroom was damaged at some point and they just had a ruff patch over it. Which wasn’t a big deal. The stuff was all very nice and welcoming! 」

「The property in itself was superb with one of the cleanest rooms I've ever stayed in a hotel room...The staff was very cordial and polite...the only thing wrong had nothing to do with the hotel facilities, but it appeared that the location was in a kind of seedy location next to an abandoned coal processing plant...other than that if I ever go back to Birmingham...I will automatically check into this facility...Regards, BJA」

「I was very disappointed in this hotel, although the breakfast was good The cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. I would suggest that you check your mattress in your sheets as you’re not sure what you are lying」

「The room was nice but the windows are so thin you can hear everything outside, do not stay in room 939, we barely slept during our 3 night stay. There was also 1 elevator working so getting downstairs from the 9th floor took a ridiculously long time. We would not stay again. 」

「They told me they were out of cream for coffee. Also rooftop bar, you stand in single line to order drinks. No wait staff. They were out of tonic water. They charged $200 for our service dog. The hotel is too expensive for what you get. Rooms are very small.」
