The property in itself was superb with one of the cleanest rooms I've ever stayed in a hotel room...The staff was very cordial and polite...the only thing wrong had nothing to do with the hotel facilities, but it appeared that the location was in a kind of seedy location next to an abandoned coal processing plant...other than that if I ever go back to Birmingham...I will automatically check into this facility...Regards, BJA

The room was very basic but clean. Breakfast was also basic with scrambled eggs and sausage patties. You could either make a sandwich or just plate the food. Also had a pancake machine. All in all a very good Breakfast to start the day. I would stay there again 😀

The good. Rooms are renovated and nice. Clean place. Will stay back on this hotel if i need to. The bad Entrance is a little tricky but overall not bad. Looks better on the inside than outside. Bed frame was metal so it made a loud bang noise everytime I step out or into bed.

The hotel looks a lot rougher than it does on the pictures. It’s in an old, neglected part of town with an abandoned Popeye’s across the street. You can also hear all of the noise from the highway. At least the room is decent & clean.

This place was gross. We checked in and checked out moments later. They did not refund my money. Pictures in the website did not look like the actual place. The area is sketchy. The hotel door had a 3” gap, so we could see outside and was not secure from the floor. Windows were boarded up with wood. Not a safe feel at all. Had to call 3 times before they finally returned the $50 deposit.

Tha staff and management was extremely accommodating. However the location of the property was "undesirable". The were occupants near our room that was suspect with people coming and going through the day and night. Was surprised that I had to pay an additional $50 no smoking fee that is supposed to be removed from my account when we check out. But very appreciative the staff and management. I understand that running a facility that size is a lot.

Was in Birmingham for grandsons soccer. Motel located close to all soccer fields. Room was large and bed was nice and comfortable. Breakfast was not good. Arrived at 6:30 AM. Sausage was cold and covered in grease in pan with cold eggs. Did not taste good after being microwaved. Had to eat at IHOP after 7:30 soccer match. Everything other then breakfast was fine.
