"Certain aspects of the property require an updated. 1.) All of the glass elevators windows physically were in poor conditions with multiple scratches and scrapples on the glass. 2.) The ventilation fan in bathroom is in poor condition (sounded like it was going to fall apart). Room 605 3.) Room did not have a safe. Which meant we had to carry those personal items that we would normally place a safe with us while exploring Birmingham. All of the staff that we engaged with where pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"Our room was a wheelchair assessable room. It was better than many we’ve stayed in before but still is cramped with awkward navigation. However it did work. We’ve come to expect miss leading claims of handicap assessabilty when it comes to hotels so we were pleased with the room. The entire staff were friendly and helpful."
