「There was no electric kettle provided inside the room. No hot water for drink. What a disappointment without such basic amenity. Beside the room size is really small. Although in London we cannot expect more but it is really small」

「The property wasn’t bad per se, but the entrance was in a back alley opposite of the Main Street. Yes the side view picture shows it, but it’s a bit misleading…there is no lift (somewhat typical of older buildings of England), but the ground floor is a two flight walkup so with luggage, it’s a hassle….there was a major leak from the bathroom sink…I called and someone did come quickly to see to it, but the maintenance person partially wrapped it with tape and it still leaked…there was no AC, but...

「Convenient location, nicely appointed room.」

「Not bad. Nice lobby but room and bathroom much smaller than expected. Only one chair/ space to sit part from the bed.」
