Garbage left in guest bedroom dresser (McDonald’s cup with liquid);
All nightstands dusty and dirty;
Hand soap, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner bottles empty or nearly empty in guest...

"Please read before booking this property!
First of all this is run by a management company so if you have any issues and need answers right away they will not help you. We had a question about pool/spa, called, they said they would get back to us but never did.
Issues with this house:
1) It was HOT in the house and we were not allowed to adjust the AC. every time we turned it...

After doing so, we settled on the Colony Palms mostly because of the decor and ambiance the photos gave. From the moment we got there to the moment we left the staff was friendly, accommodating and just downright excellent. We brought along our photographer friend because we had set up a small photo shoot on the grounds and the staff...
