「Loved the rooms, the view, the balcony. The coffee shop and restaurant was awesome. We enjoyed the appetizers and the morning pastries that were available. Construction is a large city is always happening so bring ear plugs. We did get locked out of our room as our keys cards didn’t work, a minor inconvenience but still. Will def stay here again. 「Very bad, old and dirty!!! This hotel is totally ruined my holiday. When I first arrived, I hope I can do a fast check in and order some food at the room because it is late. 「Amazing stay in the Faena Hotel Miami. Are suite was amazing had a wonderful view. All of the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The Housekeeper lady Cesia was extreamly nice even left us some extra chocolates as a gratuity when she learned that it was our anniversary. 「When I reserved my room, it said it would fit four people as so I imagine both beds we’re going to be queen, but they were like a big twin size bed. I don’t think even a full-size bed we had to order an extra bed for one of my daughters to sleep on because the four of us would not fit in the bed and we’re thin people. I think it’s badly advertised. 」
