「wifi需要钱 停车45一天而且取车速度慢 住两晚 第一个房间洗手盘漏水换了后厕所连堵两天 行政楼层的早餐基本没东西吃」

「When I reserved my room, it said it would fit four people as so I imagine both beds we’re going to be queen, but they were like a big twin size bed. I don’t think even a full-size bed we had to order an extra bed for one of my daughters to sleep on because the four of us would not fit in the bed and we’re thin people. I think it’s badly advertised. 」

「Great customer service, so nice and helpful. Patient enough to answer all of my questions. Beautiful view. A lot of things near by. So many things to do inside the hotel if you’re not able to get out much as well. Food is impeccable. If you love art you will not be disappointed with all there is to see within the beautiful hotel. 」

「Everything nice , two problems , nobody take care your room is you are empty on something need to go down stairs and ask is you can get paper toilet or a clean towel honestly . Bad in that aspect and off course the valet parking is expensive and sometime we need to run to get the car in the street because is full almost the time during the day in front of the hotel and that is no safe is a small space when you need to get your car 」

「Our check-in was delayed until 6:30pm because the people who stayed here the night before us left the place in "very bad" conditions according to the cleaning ladies. Once we entered the home it smelled and looked clean. The main complaint I have is that there was ZERO electricity in one of the smaller rooms, the one with the queen bed. No lights, no tv, and the electrical outlets didn't work. I just don't understand how the cleaning ladies were in there for hours without trying to fix it.......

「We were unable to stay at this property and the person at the door would not us in. The person I spoke to by phone insisted someone(unidentified) sent me an email saying there was no vacancy. There was no email and I prepaid for two nights. We had to find another place at 1:30 am. Glad we had rented a car.」
