"Decent resort"

"AC did not work the whole stay & no one came to fix after reporting it every day"

"I went to this Hotel with My Husband and kids, and I will say the staff do not seem happy to be there. I asked one of the housekeepers for towels and she replied with "next time dial 0" The staff in the buffet were very friendly and restaurants as well. Hotel was nice and clean, but you do not really get a heads up on what to expect for example if you want to eat at one of their restaurants you will probably have to reserve days in advance or you will not get in. I spent my vacation wondering around and asking everyone for directions because there are also no signs up for guidance. imaging doing this with a toddler in a 90-degree weather. overall, this vacation was very stressful I need another one to make up for this experience. one last thing the refrigerator was not cold enough my toddler's milk was spoiled; TV was nothing working and the shampoo and conditioner mounted to the bathroom wall kept falling on my foot!"

"We had a good stay overall. The staff was definitely the best part of the experience everyone was friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our trip. The property itself was nice and relaxing, and the pools and beach areas were enjoyable. The room was comfortable, but cleanliness and upkeep could have been better in some areas, which is why I gave 4 stars overall. Food and drinks were decent with good variety. Overall, it was a nice vacation spot and we enjoyed our time there."

"Pools were great. cleaning crew were great. enjoyed the shows (silent party, retro dance and karaoke night) Food was sometimes bland and not fresh. Our toilet bowl had a leak at the bottom. Some staff were rude to us, cannot even apologize when they told us taxi/food is gonna arrive in x minutes but then end up arriving much later. "
