"We had a good stay overall. The staff was definitely the best part of the experience everyone was friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our trip. The property itself was nice and relaxing, and the pools and beach areas were enjoyable. The room was comfortable, but cleanliness and upkeep could have been better in some areas, which is why I gave 4 stars overall. Food and drinks were decent with good variety. Overall, it was a nice vacation spot and we enjoyed our time there."

Some staff were rude to us, cannot even apologize when they told us taxi/food is gonna arrive in x minutes but then end up arriving much later. "
