La experiencia de despertar frente a la playa fue muy bonita. Sin embargo, hubo varios detalles que afectaron la estadía: los baños en ocasiones no tenían agua para descargar y las puertas no cerraban bien, lo que restaba privacidad. El servicio del restaurante fue muy lento, especialmente en horario de cena, pues conseguir la atención de un mesero...

「The hotel in Punta Cana was stunning with a crystal clear pool that had plenty of sunbeds. I enjoyed relaxing there every afternoon with a cocktail. The beach was only a short walk away and had soft white sand. The atmosphere was calm and perfect for resting.」

「The staff was polite and always ready to help with a smile. The room was large, clean, and very comfortable. The beach was just a short walk away and had the most beautiful white sand. The evenings felt magical with music and cocktails.」

「If you choose to do an excursion, have them clarify the exact pick up location. You will most likely have to walk to the Hard Rock hotel to get picked up. The property and the staff were very pleasant and responsive. Would recommend them to anyone.」
