A nice stay for 4 days

The hotel is located at Calle El Conde,the main street.That means you're close to everything (restaurants,bars,...).At 100 m there's even a supermarket ! Our room had a balcony which is very nice to watch people passing by. It also had a kitchenette fully equipped (that we did not use). The room was cleaned every day. The bed was good. The shower was excellent,as well as the airco. Omar and the girl at the reception (forgot her name)were very friendly and helpful ! The only thing that could improve was the breakfast:not enough variety.

The property staff are amazing, especially Omar. He went above and beyond consistently with any issue we had. Never experienced such genuine hospitality from staff before. The unit was perfect. We had a 1 bedroom with a kitchenette. The location was ideal. It was on El Conde which is closed off to traffic. There are stores and restaurants along this area with a park at either end. I had another place booked but when I read the reviews at this place I decided to switch hotels. It was a great decision. I would definitely come here again.

The room was super clean and perfect location. The staff were amazing. I have never ever in years of traveling, felt so welcome and treated so wonderfully. They went the extra mile each and every day, and if i return to Santo Domingo, i would never stay anywhere else. I seriously cannot rate them high enough. During city power outage, they had a generator, when could not find place to do laundry, they did it for me, coffee to my terrace daily, held luggage after checkout vefore going to airport, and just generally kind and respectful. Owner was gracious and informative about city and also very kind. Loved the experience and if you want an enjoyable stay, you will not find better.
