"Some of the staff at the front desk were pretty rude for no apparent reason. Said there was a glitch in the system with my credit card on file. When I asked a few questions the girl became uppity and defensive towards me for just asking a few simple questions. Pamela and Niecey were very nice and accommodating. Pretty upset that on our first day, there was an incident at the pool and we never got back in. When I mentioned it staff didn’t really seem to care. Cleaning services were subpar, had to...

"Good stay. Able to get early entry except for animal kingdom since that opens a hour earlier than the others. The buses were on time but not frequent. If you miss one you have a long time to wait. "

"I always love staying at the west gate the only issue I had this time was after we checked in my mom had a long drive down from Georgia we really just wanted to relax the time share lady wouldn't take no for a answer almost like she was forcing us to do a timeshare we was tired and just wanted to go to our rooms!!! But other than that me and my family loved our stay!"
