room was clean staff where excellent unlike going to other hotels to pick my daughter up from cheer they where rude… security was courteous and well manner not rude… there pools and hot tubs where clean. great please stay at

Wonderful hotel. The staff, the hot, the concierge, and surroundings were all very pleasant and helpful. Upset that I couldn’t enjoy everything because the temperature drop. This resort has all your needs. The grounds were beautiful!!

My young son and I loved the resort! The waterpark, pools, and hot tub were our favorite features. We loved the arcade and indoor mini golf too. The grounds were well maintained, and we enjoyed the lake and courtyard views. The two bedroom condo was spacious and clean. We also enjoyed the meal options at the Valencia restaurant.
