"Ocean front. Good views, high floor. Rooms are not that spacious, but comfy. Small balcony with a nice view. We enjoyed it. Good breakfast in the restaurant with patio and ocean view. "

"The Hotel is in a great location directly across the street from the Beach. Just a FYI and REAL Important if you rent a car do it from the Avis also (Budget) across the street from the hotel you can walk there in approx. 5 minutes. If you rent it from there you avoid the $60.00 dollar per day Valet charge it's free if you rent it from them. All in all probably one of the best stays at a Hotel I've ever experienced."
