"The concierge and bellmen were very friendly, prompt and polite. The hotel is amazing, especially the gym (why I picked it!) My daughter loved the glass elevators you could view the floors with. Easy access to all things NYC, right by major Subways and heart of Times Square. Will stay again next time."

"Staff was great but I probably wouldn’t stay here again. Rooms are too small and I very much dislike the whole sink/mirror in the living area trend. Bathrooms should have the sink/mirror and not feel like a small closet. "

"Great location, clean, comfortable beds and friendly staff. Shower design was weird, impossible to take a shower without water getting everywhere on the bathroom floor. Elevators were slow."

"I enjoyed staying at this hotel and would come back. The room and hotel was very nice and had a cute aesthetic overall. It was within walking distance of the subway, train station, and bus station. It was easy for my Uber to pull up to and out. Within walking distance of Empire State building, Time Square, and Korea Town. Also had lots of restaurants, shops, and bakeries like Zeppola Bakery that was very good! The staff was very nice and helpful, they were even able to upgrade my room to check...

"I had amazing stay. It was so peaceful and relaxing even though you’re in a beautiful location in the city right next to chinatown and a walk away from the Brooklyn bridge! I definitely will be back. They even have free yoga in the sky!! Room service was super responsive even though I had them heat up my leftovers quite a few times🤗."
