「I have brought my 1.5 year old baby girl to stay in Chambers. The heater was out while the outside temperature was below zero. Clark's feedback was cold as well, he told us to turn off air condition to gether warm air instead of changing room. Not to mention the actual room did meet the picture shown here (room looked old and bed is smaller than expected). We check out the very next day instead of three days that originally planned, and did paid the first night. Overall bad experience!!!」

「The room was large, the views were beautiful, and we were very comfortable. The Ophelia Lounge was magical. One suggestion: Too many of the washers and dryers were broken. (They were free, so I can’t really complain.)」

「Amazing location for shopping. This hotel has so many fun activities for the family to enjoy together. The basketball court near the bar was a wonderful bonus!! I highly recommend this property ❤️」

「We LOVED Kasa Lantern. Easy self check in. Very clean and cozy. Felt extremely safe with security inside the lobby. All staff we interacted with were very kind. Area has great food around and is a close walk to the subway. Will definitely stay here again. 」
