"What I liked about this place was the price and location. The bakery was also good for coffee and pastries. Rooms are tiny and the place is noisy, noisy, noisy. Holy heck, why don't hotels tell the cleaning staff to keep it down in the hallways when people are sleeping before 10 a.m.? There was way too much yelling and talking going on and loudly and it didn't help that we were near the elevator. Staff was nice but often only one person at the desk. Drinks at bar were excellent. "I visit NYC often and I have explored many hotels from midtown to the upper west side and this is my favorite hotel. The staff is friendly and efficient, the rooms user friendly and aesthetically pleasing and the location is excellent."

"The hotel seemed okay upon walking in and I was hopeful when getting to the unit. It has a good location and the staff was nice. However, the lobby smelled like mildew and when getting to the unit it smelt even worse. The A/C didn’t really work well, and the toilet paper given would rip immediately when getting some. The shower and bathtub were good. But the room was very musty especially the carpet floors. The place deemed to be kid friendly, however, on the walls in the lobby they had images...
