「Accountability is the name of the game here. When I arrived to the hotel, the road was blocked off by firefighters for maybe an hour. I was tired from a long drive, so it was not how I needed to start the check-in process. I ended up parking on the street and walking to the hotel. A small fire in the laundry room was the cause of it all. They had to shut down the elevators, so they were asking everyone to take the stairs. The staff was absolutely wonderful—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. One of my favorite parts was the courtyard. It’s beautifully designed and gives off a relaxing, almost tropical vibe. It truly felt like being transported somewhere far away. Overall, a fantastic stay. I’d highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return!」
