Front desk staff went above and beyond—helpful, accommodating, and genuinely kind. They assisted with multiple requests, even ones unrelated to the hotel, including calling off-site dry cleaning services to arrange pickup for us. The rooms were beautiful and well maintained, and the location is picturesque—just a short, pleasant walk to town with plenty of dining and sightseeing options. Would definitely stay here again.

The place was sin downtown Greenwich, walking from the Train station off of Greenwich Ave. The staff was helpful. They drove us to several place no need to rent a car. The view is amazing since you are right on the Sound.

Enjoyed our short stay. Very nice service and comfortable room. Unfortunately our room was next to the fitness center so it was very loud. Additionally there was a dog in a nearby room that barked continuously. I mentioned it to the front desk but they were not helpful.

Gorgeous in Greenwich

The room was superb overlooking the marina area. Posh sheets, towels, robes. Great minibar and snacks. The bar in the hotel was bustling and just the right size. It also was open late to have a night cap after returning to the hotel. Great location too.
