「This was a last minute weekend getaway and I am so happy we booked. The Hotel was clean, smelled amazing, staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast options were also delicious.」

「The hotel loss power it was so hot and unbearable with out power the room was dirty when we arrived spoke with front desk who said it would be handled when we returned that evening the bathroom had not been clean and with the power out no one could come clean it so we were una le to shower」

And even after they fixed the thermostat, the air conditioning did not dehumidify the room properly. 2) The room darkening shades were not long enough. They ended before the end of the wall. So they were not so room darkening. 3) We were billed twice for our stay.」

「The breakfast was really good. The hotel had a modern flair which was nice. The staff was indifferent. If you have an EV and want to charge it’s very difficult. I asked for help from the front desk and the woman said yes they get lots of complaints it’s hit or miss and they are looking into it. The pool is tiny. The loungers and sofas are all very worn out. 「Great parking. Nice, helpful staff. Not enough bath towels in room. Had to ask staff more than once for more. That was my only issue. Hotel is on top of a hill close by to a large mall with many restaurants and stores. Would definitely stay there again.」

Room/bathroom was very clean; Maria at the front desk is wonderfully accommodating; breakfast is hot, with nice options (scrambled eggs, pancakes, French toast, hash browns, sausage, bacon); walkable to downtown.」
