"The location and property were wonderful. The majority of the staff were friendly and polite, but the staff behind the check in desk could really use some classes on customer service and professionalism in the hospitality sector. Over my stay I had the opportunity to speak and overhear a total of four front desk employees. Not a single smile, no welcome or good afternoon…just basically gave off the impression that they hated their job and didn’t want to be there.

"The good part was that the room was clean.
The hotel structure itself seemed to be crumbling. Pool and deck & outdoor pathways had broken pieces of concrete. To get to the second floor from parking lot, we needed to navagate a steep hill and then broken walkway. That led us to a disgusting stairwell and door entry to the floor.
We arrived at night and upon entering the hall it looked like the floor was bare concrete. It was, actually brown & green bands of carpeting that were hideous....
