「I booked this hotel for two nights, but after first night, the cleaning staff removed all of my belongings left in the room when I was out. After I found this, the staff told me that expedia only reserved my room for one night, and it proved later that their argument was wrong. Finally, they found my staff in their collection center. What a terrible management.」

「We always love staying at this Drury! One feature that I find unique is that I never hear anyone waking me up in the hallways. Additionally, beds are comfortable, breakfast is awesome, staff are always super accommodating, and the location is perfect. We will continue to stay at this Drury for any future St. Louis trips.」

「Aweful! The alarm keeps ringing every hour from 2 a.m. to 4 a.m. even when I unplug it. In addition, I book the room for 4 people. However, I only get three towels and three coffee. The person from the desk said it's normal. What a weird hotel. 」

「Enjoyed our stay in the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom suite. Perfect for 3 couples. It was clean, comfortable and close to the ballpark! Would stay again. 」

「The location was great. The rooms were very clean and the staff went above and beyond. Elizabeth did a great job cleaning the room. 」

「Very nice and clean, fit my large family. No laundry, although its listed. It's actually dry cleaning. 」

「It is a terrible experience. The faucet of the shower is broken and the water kept flowing with a big noise for the whole night. The engineer came to work on it from 12am to 1am but cannot fix it. I cannot sleep for the whole night. I came to Crowne Plaza to have a good sleep because I just have a more 20 hours flight trip. But I cannot because of the broken of the faucet and the noise. I have stayed in Crowne Plaza for many times. This is the worst experience.」
