"I love how Margaritaville resorts stick to their theme—it’s a fun, consistent experience. The room was spacious, the beds were comfy, and the bathroom was great. However, there was no desk, which made it hard to get any work done. Check-in was frustrating. I was told to stop by the concierge for coupons, but it felt like a timeshare pitch. "Everything about my recent stay at the Crown Plaza in downtown Knoxville was excellent! The lobby of the hotel is beautiful and checking in was simple. The room was spotless and offered a beautiful view of the city. Parking was convenient. The stay was perfect!"

"This was a convenient location and the shuttle was am added bonus. There were no sidewalks or crosswalks for walking so we had to cross a busy street to get anywhere. The pool area was nice and dining in the hotel was good. But we had to ask to get our room cleaned everyday- empty our garbage, freshen the towels and toilet tissue. Overall we enjoyed it though and would stay there again. "

"The pool area was very nice. Offered movie in pool area and fresh popcorn. Hot tub was to hot for us to enjoy. Pool was cold. Alot of guest was dissatified on the temperature of pool to cold. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was amazing. And the Christian music playing really was appreciated. Thank you!"
