「good hotel, free parking which is rare in downtown St. Louis. 」

「There was a leak in the refrigerator and it left water on the floor and got my bags wet. There was a huge stain on one of the beds. The towels in the bathroom were dirty. There was throw-up in the elevator. Staff was great go talk to, however, they didn’t answer the phone. 」

「The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant.」

「Hotel WIFI is terrible, I couldn't even watch a vedio by connecting to the WIFI. The room has very poor sound insulation. Starting from 9 am, I could hear loud noises from the cleaning staff pushing carts back and forth along the hallway. Breakfast is average level. In total not worth the price.」
