Terrible! It was literally a closet with a bed in it. Had zero room to walk. Had to turn sideways to get to the side of the bed. It was depressing. I could not even stay one night. I decided to forfeit the nonrefundable room and book a decent hotel instead. 0/10

Great location - right next to Times Square. Very, very small rooms (even for NY). Biggest issue..."Premium Queen" for a very very soft, much closer to double bed...and a shower/sink with No HOT Water..none - "run your taps for 20 minutes and it will come through"...no it didn't. The front desk team were like "yeah - we have some rooms with that issue but we don;t know which ones"...well Room 505 for starrers!!

Shower didn’t work. The faucet part was off the wall and just sitting on top of the toilet so I couldn’t shower prior to going to work. Told the staff at checkout and she said “Oh yeah, there’s a note on that room”, she then said she’d ask her manager to see if they would waive the resort fee. They didn’t.

I am a local who needed a one night hotel and this was super cheap so I booked it. It was perfect for my needs. My room was tiny, I might not have been happy spending a week there. The bathroom looked like it was newly renovated and it was a decent size. Right next to the Nederlander theater and located near a million subway lines.

This by far was the smallest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It should almost be illegal- the space was so tight for my partner, our bags and myself. It gave me anxiety. The location was ideal if you’re exploring the Times Square however it’s almost impossible to relax in the room if that’s your goal

The mattress needs to be replaced, but we made it work. This benefits if this property is the location and the price, which eye both fantastic! Might stay here again, but if I had more money, I'd go someplace better.

First impressions were cute. Small, functional, clean… everything I needed for my overnight stay. I went to take a shower and there was NO HOT WATER. I tried calling the front desk and the phone in the room didn’t even work. I called them from my personal phone and the front desk lady said that maintenance would be there to fix it. I waited 30 minutes and no one came. I called the desk again and she game me the excuse of “oh maybe they went to go fix something else”… at this point it was 1am. What else would need fixing at this hour? Like I think that having hot water is pretty dire, especially in the New York winter weather. I didn’t end up showering and while I was checking out the next day I brought up the concern again. Another lady at the front desk told me that I should’ve left the water running for 10-15 minutes to warm up? Never have I ever heard of that. Next time I’m in the city I definitely will not stay here again.

Showering and using water in the bathroom was a nightmare. It was either freezing cold or scalding hot water. You would have brief moments of acceptable temperature, but then had to play a balancing act with the knobs. Otherwise, the location was prime; right across from the subway station and a block from Times Square.
