Fantastic location, very friendly staff and clean rooms. The front desk remained unattended multiple times so it was hard to find help when we had questions or needed to check in, but I would certainly stay there again.

Was worried room would be tiny after reading reviews. It is small but my adult daughter and I had plenty of room. Location is amazing! We learned the subway system really quick and did a lot of walking. Would definitely stay here again. All staff we encountered were very friendly, helpful and caring.

It’s a great location. Staff were amazing, rooms were nice. I’d stay here again. The only thing that keeps this from all stars is that there was live music directly under my room … had I realised that I would’ve asked for a higher floor. It’s was not horrible, but if you’re into sleep, I suggest anything higher than the second floor. Over all a good experience, and I would stay again.

The room was clean, staff was helpful and friendly, and we had all the basic amenities. The only problem we had was with the hot water in the shower, it would take about 20 minutes to come out.

The room was clean. Staff was pretty friendly. I didn’t sleep very well because music was played loudly every single night. The elevator was constantly in and out of service. The room was very small I felt like I was in a box. I would not stay at this location again.

Bed was great! Water pressure in shower was a little rough and carpet in room was torn in a few spots but very comfortable stay otherwise. Appreciate the complimentary glass of wine!

The staff was friendly and watched our bags for incoming and departing. The coffee at the Irish pub was really good and the bartender really nice. I had the sofabed and Queen room. The bed was extremely comfortable to where I didn't and to leave. The hot water can be scalding, so that took a little tinkering with. The location was very convenient. Would stay again in the same size room.

Great location, very friendly staff. We arrived early to just dropped off our bags and he checked and there was a room available , so we were able to check in early. My only complaint would be that we had to let the shower run for over 10 minutes before it started getting warm.

The hotel is at a very good location. IT is clean and the front desk was helpful. Our first room was very noisy from some nearby equipments. After talking to the front desk, we got a room swap. The second room was less noisy but it was so small and we can barely move around.

Bar downstairs was good. Staff was friendly. However, the window unit was mounted in an area that was right above the bed. There was no clean access/air because our window was inches from a brick wall.
