We have stayed here before and did not encounter any problems, however this time there was a major issue. The first night was quiet, the second night a family with kids checked into the room directly above us. The noise from these kids was unbearable. It sounded like a circus with them stomping, running, banging constantly sounding like they were going to come through the ceiling. We lisytened to it for an hour hoping they would quit, but they didn't. I called the front desk and made a complaint in which she said she would confront them about the noise. This continued for another hour so I went to the front desk and filed an ongoing complaint. The person behind the desk said she would have to talk to her manager but was hesitant in doing so until I informed her I wasnt going to stay and listen to this. She finally after about 10 min informed me that we would be moved to an executive room at no extra charge, which is fine, however, why should we have to be inconvenienced and have to pack up and move? They put us on the same floor as these disruptive kids and you could hear them yelling outside in the hall. One night a group of young kids all under the age of probably 8 (6 of them) were in the dining room, playing with the ice machine and had large amounts of ice all over the floor and also emptied the hot chocolate machine all over the floor as well. Parents were there and did nothing. And the kids carried on with screaming, climbing all over the chairs.
