First of all there is NO Double Rooms as listed on the website! Only two separate rooms that were down the hall from each other. NOT convenient when bringing kids on a trip! I did a walk around and found trash in one of the drawers that was left over from another stay. The next morning got woken up at 7am by the cleaning crew above us. Tried to call the front desk but phone in the room didn't work. I had to look up the hotel online and call the front desk. Went to take a shower and found the body wash was empty in the shower. I had asked the cleaning crew to refill it when we left for the day. The last thing to end the trip, the night before leaving the handle on the toilet broke. To flush you had to open the bowl and flush. Just a long list of things that shouldn't have taken place when staying someplace. I won't be staying there again.

After going in to check in they informed me there was water damage in the room I had booked. 2 bed/non smoking. So they were moving me to a 1 bed/smoking room. That was not going to work so the front desk said I could cancel but to get the refund I would have to go thru Expedia. Expedia said they could never get ahold of the hotel so I ended up never getting a refund for a stay that I did not stay for! Horrible customer service at this hotel.

Because we didn't arrive till 11pm on check in date, our non smoking room was given to someone else and we got a smoking room. Filter wasn't changed on heater/ac unit, we had the worst sleep..the stench was terrible..there was nothing left for breakfast at 0730..no coffee..soggy eggs.. cold fried potatoes..i had to go to front desk to let them know there was no food.There carpets need to be shampooed..dirty luggage carts,etc.

My room was switched to a smoking..stench was tetrible as night progressed..headache in morning..breakfast no coffee..hardly any eggs and watery..fried potatoes cold and few..nobody monitoted b'fast area.i went to front desk to tell them there was no food or coffee..this has happened before..I expect some kind of refund or credit for future stays email..ssub283@aol.com..

The first night we were there the cable and internet were out. We requested service daily and left a daily tip. The second night we were there we came back to our room with tip gone and nothing else done. The third night bed made but bathroom never touched. Usually stay once or twice a year. We will stay somewhere else on our next visit. Never offered a discount. So sad.

the staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast had several options The extra blanket that was given to us was very thin the mattresses made loud sounds when we moved in our beds although they were comfortable. It took us a little while to figure out how to find what we wanted on the TV

They put me in a smoking room. I was too tired to switch. Walls are thin and you can hear everything in the hallways. The place was clean and they were doing improvements. With smoking being allowed in parts of this hotel, I would not recommend or go back.

Check-in was quick and the front desk lady was so friendly. She had tips and recommendations for restaurants, pro tips on navigating the area and parking at an event we were planning to attend near by. The hotel was very clean and it was nice. The room was up to date and clean. The bed wasn’t very comfortable in our opinion. It had a weird dip in it at the top by our head. They provide breakfast and it must have been pretty good or had good options because it was busy and the space was full of guests. We would definitely stay here again.
