The good things about this property were, that the room was clean and tidy. The small bar has an excellent bartender who makes the best Bloody Mary. The stage for music is very small, everything here is small. Breakfast was good. Our biggest issue was that the room was WAY smaller than the pictures look in the listing. Also while my vehicle was in valet parking it was moved a few times by them even though I never took it out. The water pressure in the shower was poor. Not the worst hotel but I just wish the pictures were more accurate to what the place actually looks like.

1st and formost, we get there and are informed that it is Valet Parking ONLY & a RIDICULOUS FEE OF $30 Per night!!! Secondly, The Bed was HORRIBLE!!!! I have slept on softer concrete!!! Lastly, It looks NOTHING like any of the pictures to represent it. It was a Motel (Room entrances was on the exterior) and NOT a Hotel The only good thing about it was the staff. They were super nice and treated us with the utmost respect.

I was really surprised at this property. It’s listed as a hotel but really it’s a motel that’s been renovated. You enter the rooms from outside the building, which wasn’t what we were expecting since that featured photos don’t clearly make that known. Also, the customer service was motel-level as well. Not that the people were rude per se, but our first couple of experiences were off-putting, unprofessional, and even, a little abrasive. Yes, you save some money comparatively to the surrounding hotels, and it is in a very walkable location, but I wouldn’t stay there again. I’d pay the extra $100 to stay somewhere else. Although the room was seemingly clean, when they came to freshen up the room the second night, no one made the beds, nor did they provide enough washcloths, and towels in the restocking. It may not seem like a big deal but when you were paying $270 a night, things like that matter.

Their location is pretty decent to Broadway. If you are looking to save money on sleeping arrangements, this is it! We felt safe there and the valet staff was great. The bathroom door was a bit inconvenient and out of the ordinary. That was the biggest drawback for me. It was like a barn style door that slid closed, however it never was sealed off so anyone in the room could hear you using the bathroom. So if you plan on sharing a room keep that in mind.

I read reviews before booking.. but thought people were exaggerating.. THEY WERE NOT. We will not stay here again. Pay the extra for a better hotel if your staying more than two nights.. we learned our lesson. Side note: Location is good, breakfast is good.

Does not look as advertised in photos. It’s basically a motel with roaches all over the outdoor hallways. I wouldn’t stay here again. Close walk to Broadway tho so that was convenient

We didn’t realize that your room is more of a motel than hotel. It has an entrance from directly outside rather than inside the ‘hotel’. It was clean and offered a great breakfast.

This is a refurbished hotel that is a motel- opens to the outside. I’m not sure if that was clear when we booked it. Our room opened to the inner courtyard which was better then the street, but not sure if the price matches that.
