「Unfortunately it took us over an hour past our check in time to actually get set up in a room, check in is 4pm and they said our room was not ready yet and will call us, it was around 5pm we got a call, not really anywhere to change if you were going to hang around to wait for check in. The room was okay, beds were not that comfortable. The pool is small and the water park and lazy river are in a different area than where we were staying. Good if you have small kids, we don’t.
