「We went onto the balcony to enjoy the view, and we were locked out for about 20 minutes. The lock fell off the door, and my child was left inside. My daughter is 16 but it could have easily been a minor or toddler left in the room or worse locked outside on the balcony. We were unable to use the balcony after. 」

「Will never stay again...after being told my room was not available upon check in, even though paid through expedia.com weeks before. Then them finding a room for me. Made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. What type of business are you running?
Shower door didn't close properly so water leaked out on to tile floor.」

「Everything was great and amazing with the exception of the bathroom lighting. In the room I stayed in there were two bulbs out over the sink. I asked for replacement bulbs they never came and I wasn't informed if it was the bulbs or an electrical issue. Otherwise it was a great experience,」

「The hotel quality was below what pictures and reviews mentioned; couch in our room had stains, fridge did not work, pool was freezing and closed early then times posted. As soon as you walked in smelled like smoke with mix of what they attempted to clean with the smell with, only benefit was that it is right off 95」
