"The room we originally had reserved was on the 2nd floor but the elevator was offline. It advertised a continental breakfast and all they had were hand foods. I ended up with a double single room in which the shower flooded half the room everytime we used it."

"Mold covered the ceiling in our bathroom. Mold covered the windows. Thankful we were only staying one night. The stench of some sort of cleaner was over powering when entering the room. Front desk staff was very kind and accommodating."

"I checked in at 9 pm on 4/25/26. While we were sleeping at about 2:30 am a male entered our room. I jumped up to protect myself and ran him out the room. The front desk claims it was an accident and he was given our same room. It was a terrifying experience in the middle of the night. Management offered a half hearted apology and that was it. No phones in the room. Smoke detector was covered with a plastic bag. I am very skeptical this was an accident!"

"The room was OK besides the carpet being sticky so you can’t walk around barefooted not even to go to the restroom. Also, the air conditioner did not get cold."
