"The staff were amazing and extremely helpful. Provided what we needed at request. We wish was that in them knowing we had a vehicle, that they were able to direct us to a nearby parking lot with affordable pricing. The signs are confusing at times. We ended up paying ¥3400 the first night for overnight parking and ¥6100 the second night in the nearby lots. Other than that, the room was clean except a little black mold near the AC unit. Deep. cleaning could be better. Happy with our 2 night stay...

"Staff is very friendly and facilities well maintained. Very quiet area with nearby beach and close walk to Enoden tram which can take you to Kamakura station or Enoshima in the opposite direction. Very close to some must visit sights with shopping and dining nearer to the station"

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent: close to three train stations, the beach, and the main island of Enoshima. Various nearby temples are reachable on foot as well. Lots of dining options in the area. Rooms are a bit tight (bunk beds are akin to capsule hotels) and the desk is unmanned before 9am so don't arrive too early hoping to leave bags. "Although it’s in the heart of Yokohama Chinatown, once you’re in the room, it’s really quiet."

"Considering the price range, the property was a good deal around New Year time. Only issue I found was that the corridors smelled of smoke, maybe because some rooms allowed smoking and others did not."

"It is located in walking distance from Hachioji Station and many restaurant around. Reasonable public bath is located within five minute walk from the hotel. It seems not to offer Breakfast and that may be a problem for some visitors though."

"Old-school hotel perfect for who is looking for a convenient rest near Chofu station. There is no parking and auto-lock in the room. The amenity is limited compared to Japanese regular hotels and there is nothing fancy about the room. Wi-Fi is slow so be careful if you plan to stay there for business have a video conference.The location is very convenient, right next to the convenience store and station.
