「Great location, tight parking unless you park in the back. I was unaware of a $200 hold that was due at check in, I’m not sure if it’s stated or not. I would definitely rent here again! I loved the apartment, perfect size, clean, up to date appliances, comfortable bed! Will definitely be back soon!」

「This was the first time I had stayed here and it is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The staff was amazing. The room was clean. They still give shower cap, sewing kit, shampoo and soaps. The ducks in the lobby are a must see. It’s not just watching them come and go, but the duck master gives the history. They make sure no one stands in front of anyone seated in the lobby and give extra attention to children allowing them to sit along the red carpet runner to be able to see the ducks walk....

「Room was clean and nice, got the interior facing balcony room, so kids can see the fishes from the room. The elevator ride to the top deck was fun. Overall nice and pleasant stay.」

「We screwed up and failed to book Sunday night, but hadn't noticed and left our stuff in the room. The Hotel had an opportunityto be amazing. However, they assumed we were trying to get over on them and treated us as such. The front desk lady called us at 3pm, and told us we were being charged for the night but we could get a better price through Expedia. We were at a museum 15 minutes away, and we told her we had planned on staying anyway. But it felt confrontational, and it sat poorly...

「Great location. 5 minute walk to Beale St. Minutes by car to other attractions such as Sun Studio, civil rights museum. Hotel was very clean and rooms were spacious. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Parking was secure and adjacent to hotel. However, it was $32 a night.」

「Stayed with my family. Only thing I noticed was a must probably from the ac unit in the room. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was beyond our expectations and the valet and secured parking gave us great peace of mind while staying down town. Trolly wasn't running because of utility work but down town was very walkable and impressively clean.」

「This hotel is not in a great area of Memphis. I would not walk out at night. Many surrounding abandoned buildings. Our room had a handle missing on the bathroom door and hand soap instead of shower gel. No other little amenities like shower cap etc. For the price of the room it was to say the least a disappointment. On check in we were told breakfast was until 11am. I went down 10 min before 10 and was told that breakfast was closed and that it only went until 10. The front desk...
